Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Gurukul Typing Skill does not offer refunds for any purchases. Please review our features and try the free plan before purchasing.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made for Gurukul Typing Skill subscriptions (all plan durations) are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

2. Try Before You Buy

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Use our Free Plan: Experience our core features with 5 English and 5 Hindi Krutidev typing exercises at no cost
  • Review Features: Carefully read the features included in each paid plan
  • Check System Requirements: Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements (Windows 7/10/11, 2GB RAM)
  • Contact Support: Ask any questions before purchasing at support@gurukultypingskill.com

3. Subscription Duration

All subscriptions are for a fixed period (15 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). Each purchase is a one-time payment for the selected duration:

  • No automatic renewals: Your subscription will not renew automatically. You will need to purchase a new plan when your current one expires.
  • Access period: You will have full access to your plan features until the end of your purchased duration.

Important: Once purchased, the subscription cannot be cancelled for a refund. You will retain access for the full duration of your plan.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You can view your subscription status and history through:

  1. Web Dashboard: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
  2. Desktop App: Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription
  3. Email: Contact support@gurukultypingskill.com for assistance

When your subscription expires, you can renew by purchasing a new plan. Your progress and data will be preserved.

5. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances only:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription
  • Technical Error: If a technical error on our end resulted in incorrect billing
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If your account was compromised and charges were made without your authorization (requires proof)

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation. Contact us at refunds@gurukultypingskill.com with evidence if you believe you qualify.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to any refund for the remaining subscription period.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us first at support@gurukultypingskill.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Important: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently suspended. Chargeback disputes will be contested with evidence of this no-refund policy that you agreed to at the time of purchase.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues do not entitle you to a refund. We will make our best efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

9. Feature Changes

Gurukul Typing Skill reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features from the service. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund. We will notify users of major feature changes via email.
